The Brix Realty Back Office is a site designed to electronically tie all the parties of a real estate transaction.  Each property is maintained as a group (using OG User Roles).  Every party to the transaction has the appropriate role within the group (i.e., Buyer, Lender, Broker, Developer, etc...) and is then able to provide and receive property documents that they have rights to.

Initially developed in 2007.

This site previously ran on the main LAUSD WWW servers (IBM AIX OS) utilizing its mainframe DB2 database. It demonstrates how the Self-Administration Web Site can be easily implemented in non-PC, non-Windows environments.

We re-developed the Lynwood Unified School District Web Site. This is a SAW site they now use to provide sub-sites to over 50 schools and departments. The company that subcontracted to us never allowed us to work with the actual staff, and therefore we were unable to succeed in getting them involved in maintaining their own content. To this day, LUSD departments still can't update web pages without someone from IT getting involved. Sad.

The purpose of the LAUSDnet Surplus Textbook Database Management System (STDBMS) is to exchange surplus textbooks among K through 12 schools within the Los Angeles Unified School District. Another great application never pushed by the District to succeed.

This site runs on Windows 2000 server utilizing Access 2000 database. It demonstrates how the Self-Administration Web Site can be customized for specific database applications. They never used it for a long period of time. Somehow, the notion of staff maintaining data on their own web site just didn't go over big in the District at that time. But, we did try.

This is an intranet application designed to allow LAUSD employees, students and associated individuals to self-create LAUSDNet Internet accounts. Involved database development and integration with mainframe, mini and PC systems. It was not available for outside access. No idea if they still use it. Very proud of this accomplishment.
