California Real Estate Books AI | The California Real Estate Books AI Project integrates the full text of public real estate resources from the California Department of Real Estate, including regulations, law books, and reference materials. By applying natural language processing, the AI can understand this content on a conceptual level and allow users to ask conversational questions, returning the most relevant excerpts. This enables real estate professionals like lawyers, agents, and bankers to efficiently research complex real estate rules and regulations without extensive manual searching. While focused on real estate, the project shows the potential of AI to transform static information into dynamic knowledge graphs, enhancing storage and retrieval across sectors like legal research and education. This is our first full project that utilizes the technology developed from our original Solr AI Proposal: SolrAI Module Development Proposal | Software Creations (scbbs.com) |
Labor, a booksAI.org project | AI Query knowledge base site consisting of Hollywood guild collective bargaining agreements over the past 20 years. AMPTP agreements including DGA, IATSE, WGA, SAG-AFTRA, AFM and AFL-CIO. A SolrAI Module Site.

My Bible Study AI, a booksAI.org project | A non-denominational AI query platform created for scholars, educators, and individuals passionate about the in-depth exploration of biblical scriptures and theological insights. It contains 3 versions of the Bible, including the Jewish Hebrew version as well as texts from various well-known theologians. A SolrAI Module Site.

SolrAI Module Development Proposal | The SolrAI proposal aims to create a Drupal module that enables users to have a more intuitive and interactive experience when searching for and accessing website content by leveraging the latest OpenAI model, GPT-4, and the Apache Solr index. The project consists of nine development phases, covering prototype development, user interface design, access control, and release as a contrib module to the Drupal community. The SolrAI module is set to significantly enhance the user experience on Drupal-based websites, foster innovation within the community, and bring Drupal to the forefront of AI-enabled conversational content engagement. Note: This proposal was submitted, and NOT funded. So, we went ahead and developed it on our own. It took a year. But, good thing we made that decision. Our list of projects continues to grow as the SolrAI module has proven to be a much more viable and efficient, not to mention affordable, alternative to OpenAI GPTs and Assistant API when it comes to implementing Semantic (or AI-powered) search mechanisms in large text datasets. |
